Description:
Emergency Medicine Specialists to work in large tertiary care hospital. Sessional rate $190.00(Cdn)/hour.
The hospital is a designated campus of the Dalhousie University Post Graduate Medical Education Program and affiliated with Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN).
The hospital is the largest multi-facility regional health authority in the province and serves a population of 200,000 in the southern part of the province. The flagship hospital has more than 20 areas of specialty medicine and surgery and is supported by a vast array of research, education, health promotion activities and community partnerships.
Applicants must be eligible for licensure in the province. The successful candidate may be required to participate in the teaching program and be eligible for an academic appointment.
