We have an immediate need for a locum Famly Medicine to cover materity leave in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada. This can also lead to full time post if interested. This is a collaborative practice with nurse practitioner and EMR. Excellent salary package.
The Aberdeen Hospital is a regional facility providing a broad range of primary and secondary services through inpatient, outpatient and community-based services. The hospital has 104 beds. The regional emergency department providing trauma service (Level II) and has approximately 30,000 visits per year. It is staffed by five full-time emergency physicians.
There are 26 specialists and 29 family physicians as well as 25 physicians having courtesy or consulting privileges.
